Building a custom home? Tackling a major renovation? This is our most comprehensive service.
We handle the drawings, selections, contractor coordination, and design-side project management (focused on keeping the vision, design intent, and selections aligned across all trades) so you can focus on literally anything else.
We work with a range of contractors depending on the project. Sometimes clients already have a builder, sometimes we bring in our trusted top three to bid, and other times we’re introduced directly by a contractor. No matter the setup, we collaborate closely with the contractor or site lead to keep everything running smoothly.
Our role is to act as the design lead and central point of coordination for all design-related decisions throughout the build.

For homeowners who don’t need major construction but want a professionally designed and fully furnished space.
We manage furniture sourcing, colour palettes, layouts, trade coordination, and installation, along with select architectural finishes (like millwork, paint, and wallpaper) to create a fully finished home that feels cohesive, polished, and completely yours.

Most of our full-service clients are undertaking larger furnishing projects, renovations, or custom home builds.

We manage planning, sourcing, contractor communication, project coordination, and styling so you can avoid spending your weekends buried in tile samples and decision fatigue.
We work on a flat fee basis for our design services, which varies depending on the scope of your project.
Following an initial consultation, we provide a clear outline of your design fee and what is included in the service. We can also give a general, high-level estimate for furnishings and finishes to help guide budgeting at the early stage.
Detailed product selections and itemized budgeting for furnishings, materials, and styling are developed once we begin the design process together. Construction costs are always managed separately by your contractor.
We regularly work throughout Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Kitsilano, Point Grey, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Mount Pleasant, and surrounding communities.
We also take on projects across British Columbia, Canada, and beyond. We’re open to travel-based projects across North America and internationally, depending on scope and fit.
